As an eighties baby, I remember seeing the United Artists chrome logo spin before Alien (the first one). I knew one day I'd do something like that, and here I am.

TAYLOR & DODGE approached me to develop their film logo and logo intro. Their idea was "something kinda retro," they also wanted to hint at the Chrysler building since the company's inception was the result of its selling. We had to be very subtle about it. So my solution was to use the same reference as the building's architect, "the sun disk." And this is where we arrived.
